Tredway Custom Homes is an Aggie owned builder in College Station. Our owner is a Texas A&M graduate with more than thirty years in construction, starting on the commercial side at Alliance Construction, then as superintendent and lead superintendent in the custom home division at Newmark and Fedrick Harris Estate Homes in Sugar Land, then as construction and project manager at Parkstone Estate Homes. The company opened in 2003 as Cedar Bend Homes, took the family name, and has been building in College Station since 2014. The work has grown from small projects to builds over a million dollars, and every one of them is treated the same way.

Our owner came up as a superintendent walking slabs. He still runs the job, and the family name is on the house.
